Important note regarding eligibility: Lynexa specializes exclusively in Canadian-source income. We do not process applications that include foreign income (rental income, investments, etc.) received while you are in Canada.

For late declarations , dating from 2024 and previous years, please contact us and describe your situation.

To begin processing your tax return, a $50 deposit is required before you file. This deposit secures your spot and allows us to start the administrative handling of your case.

Conditions for refunding the deposit

Your deposit is fully or partially refundable under the following conditions:

  • Full refund ($50) :

    • Your deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel your application BEFORE I have started working on your tax return file AND if you have not started filling out your Dimpo form.

  • Partial refund (minus $10):

    • Your deposit will be partially refunded if you cancel your application BEFORE I begin working on your tax return AND if you have started completing your Dimpo form. A $10 fee will be deducted from the deposit to cover administrative costs.

Filing your tax return in 6 steps

To simplify the preparation of your income tax return (T1) or the maintenance of your business records, I use the collaborative and secure Dimpo platform.

Create your account

Click on "Declaration" and create a member account in seconds. I will reply to you by email as soon as possible.

Activate your account

Follow the instructions you received by email to make the $50 deposit Interac e-Transfer. This deposit confirms your commitment and secures your priority for the season. You will receive an email with a temporary password to access your Dimpo client portal , a secure interface for submitting your documents.

Fill out the taxpayer form

Access your Dimpo account, fill out your information form, then click "Create my first tax return" in the interface. Answer the questions on the form.

Upload your documents

  • Access the secure "Upload my docs" storage area.

  • Upload all your documents here : tax slips, receipts, and company accounting records. All formats (PDF, photos, etc.) are accepted. The exchange is encrypted for maximum security.

Final check and transmission

Once the form is completed and the documents are submitted, click on "Submit my tax return" . Your work is finished!

I will now take over the verification and preparation of your tax returns. You will be notified of the progress via a notification.

Validation, signature and payment

  • When the file is ready, you review the final documents and sign them electronically on the Dimpo platform.

  • Pay the remaining balance via Interac.

  • Once this is validated, I will forward your declarations to the CRA and Revenu Québec.

  • Self-employed individuals : Do you operate a small (unincorporated) business or offer services on your own account? Use this form to summarize your business income and deductible expenses.

  • Employment expenses (Employees): Are you an employee and do you pay your own office/travel expenses or do you work from home? This document allows you to detail the expenses related to the performance of your duties.

  • Rental Income (Landlords): Do you own one or more income properties? This form is used to declare your rental income and list the various associated maintenance, tax, and insurance expenses.
